Chess Properties offer a fully staffed residential lettings department offering full in-house property management.

Choosing a letting agent to manage your biggest asset is not an easy choice. Chess Properties is the first choice for hundreds of landlords due to the high service levels we offer and our pro-active approach to placing good quality tenants. We continually monitor our service levels by sending out questionnaires to our landlords and tenants.

We reference our tenants using the UK’s largest referencing agency, we also hold security deposits in accordance with the deposit protection legislation passed in 2007.

We offer a very competitive fee structure along with 3 levels of service, ‘Let Only’, ‘Rent Collection’ and ‘Full Management’. We also do not charge renewal fees after month 12 on our tenant find only service.
